Back from a walk with Cobee, I gather up her bowl and hurry to the kitchen. I place the two stainless steal bowls and their tray on a chair. I’ve always worried that Cobee doesn’t like the food that I’ve been giving her. I think it just comes with the territory and responsibility of being a dog owner. I shouldn’t worry though, as every meal that I put in her dog bowl gets gobbled up as soon as I put it down. But sometimes I just worry that she’s eating it because she doesn’t have a choice. In fact, my friends have recently noticed that their dog is no longer eating his food, and have decided to look into the best raw dog food on the market, to see if this would make a difference. Luckily, it did, and now he is happier and a lot healthier than he was before. Good for them, but as Cobee is still eating her food without a care in the world, I don’t think I need to change her diet just yet. After I put her bowls down, I then gather 1.25 cups of her dog food and pour them into her bowl. I’m pretty sure she is off in the corner excited as each kibble makes a clinging sound as it hits the bowl. I let her outside to go to the bathroom and the dog poop removal service will pick the poop up for me tomorrow, it makes my life much easier! She has a sniff around the garden and then comes back in for a drink. I then walk over to the refrigerator and gather the Brita filtered water container.

As the water splashes in the bowl as I am pouring it out it dawns on me, MY DOG GETS CONSISTENTLY RECEIVES FRESH WATER AND FOOD MORE THAN SOME PEOPLE ON THIS PLANET!
