A Simple Way to Track your Spiritual and Physical Activities [blog/spiritual disciplines]

Want a way to track your spiritual and physical activities? We developed a simple check list. The check list will allow you to track your progress as it relates wholeness activities such as prayer, exercise, spiritual readings or any other activities that you would like to add.

On the sheet you will see four areas. The titles in these sections can be adjusted. Each section has a total of 400 boxes (20×20). Any time you conduct one of the activities simply place an “X” in the box. The sheet is small enough to fold in 4 and fit into a wallet so you can carry it wherever you go.

Having a physical tracking device will enable you to see how much you conduct (or do not conduct) daily activities including prayer, reading the Bible (or other spiritual guide) and exercise.

    Praying and exercise, I do ok, I could use more spiritual reading. But a great idea.
