What are we telling ourselves, about ourselves on a daily basis? When you look in the mirror what do you see? Do you see someone who is old? Do you see someone who is tired? Do you see someone who is mean? Do you see someone who is ugly? Or do you see a KING or a QUEEN? What you tell yourself on a daily basis will form the reality of who you are and/or what you will become. Look in the mirror and see greatness. Look in the mirror and speak only positive imagery towards yourself. Paint a positive verbal picture. If you don't know where to begin.
