Who are you taking with you as you journey towards success?Some of us are hard at work. We have dug ourselves in and we are working hard to pursue our dreams and goals. As we journey towards success, are we leaving behind a road map for others to follow? Or, are we unknowingly covering the trail behind us not realizing that no one will be able to follow us as we go.As I become a better writer, speaker, leader and entrepreneur I have decided to be transparent in sharing my journey. I don't share for attention, I share to inspire. Even if I fail on the way those watching may be able to learn something from my failures as well as my successes. Sure, I could save my story telling until I get to the mountain top but for me the greatest lessons come during the process not at the finish line.Who are you sharing your journey with and how are you sharing it?
