Why You Should Meditate

How are you starting your day? It's January 31. It seems I have officially started a habit. I have meditated each morning for at least 10 minutes. I'm already seeing the benefits. Through meditation (and reading) I've been able to shoot videos and write more blog entries than I have ever done over the course of an entire month. It works for me, but should you stop your day to sit quietly? Of course you should. Think of all of the information you take in each day. You are probably on your cell phone reading this and or watching the video. We consume and are force fed a ton of info on a daily basis. At some point we will all need to reset our brains or rid our mental cache from all of the data we are taking in. The best way to do that is to sit still for a few minutes each day. Sitting still will also allow for a clear communication path to The Creator.
