All of us go through periods of our lives where we feel stuck and/or confused. We pray and still we find ourselves feeling the same way. So what should we do? Below are 3 things you can do when you are feeling stuck and confused.

1. Surround yourself with individuals who are positive and can speak life into your situation.

The worst thing you can do is go to someone who has the same mindset you have. If they haven’t made it out of feeling stuck and confused, chances are they won’t be able to help you. They may actually hold you back. Individuals who are positive will be able to help you have a different outlook on life. They may also be able to provide you with guidance or advice.

2. Have fun.

It may be time for a break. Do things to escape the monotony of life. If you don’t know what makes you happy or activities you enjoy doing for fun, it’s time to make a list. List out the things that make you happy. Go do those things when it’s time to escape mentally from what is currently going on.

3. Have a plan.

Know where you are going. Map out your specific goals. When you have a plan it can aid in eliminating confusion along the journey of life. Having a plan will also enable you to know things that may be stumbling blocks that will cause confusion along the way.
